Katie has done the job for the first song.
For the second song, I think Simon is right. Katie is a really good singer but the choice for the second song was a mistake.

She's trying her best, but as each week passes, her act is starting to reek of desperation more and more. It wouldn't surprise me in the slightest if she went tonight.

With each performance I just think "too needy".

Woo what? There was nothing "woo" about either performance. Over stretches herself yet again and the desperation to be adored is pathetic.

I thought she was utterly shit and murdered two songs.

I really hope she gets through to next week.

It's only holding back if there is something more to give. She has demonstrated week in week out that vocally she hasn't. The only thing she seems to have y the shed load is desperation.

Feeble and desperate. She needs to go. What's the point of winning a £1M recording contract if you only shift 25 copies

I honestly thought she was dreadful. You could see in her face she knew she had stuffed up the second one and then startted the wailing and clutching of garments.

Any praise lavished on her at this point is completely bizarre to me, she must be eliminated immediately.

In all honesty I'm not a fan of hers, but I genuinely thought her performances were really very poor - again. I think she'd be better doing something else other than singing.

She butchered two epic songs. She sounds like she smokes 300 a day when she sings or like she has an awful throat infection. I wish she would stop shouting in the microphone to the crowd too. The only positive thing that I have to say is that I liked her sparkly tights in the first number.
