My first question would be is who wants rid of him, and why?

And also, who has the power to plant such evidence against him.

I smell dirty tactics here.

Time for the paps to reveal what Simon Cowell gets up to behind closed doors instead of protecting him.

Yes, because physically attacking somebody is totally on the same level as getting high once in a while.

Honestly, if they're trying to undermine him, I think this is pretty weak - a majority of people think cannabis should be legal, and of those that don't, I doubt many would consider voting for him anyway. It might even help him.

I'm not saying that its the same or I want him booted off the show I just think they'll get a lot of pressure to get rid of him because at the end of the day being in possession of cannabis is illegal and that's the stance the press will take.

"carried out a drug deal"
"the mind-bending drug"

He bought it never sold it and it' hardly mind bending

I know dozens of people that smoke it and i have myself a good few times. What is the problem with it it's better than drinking alcohol and safer. No one has ever died by smoking cannabis and it makes people relax and concentrate. Not like he's been supplying people with cocaine which is what they make it sound like.

Doesn't Wagner have a shoulder injury? Maybe he is using it as a form of pain relief, that would be my excuse anyway!
It would be ridiculous if he was kicked off the show for this, fair enough if he was buying crack or heroin but for a bit of blow? Blaze it up Wagner!
