... I do NOT want the smug judges to have the pleasure of sending the poor man home. Even Dannii (who I normally love) has been unpleasant towards him and the thought of Cheryl, Dannii and Simon smugly and satisfyingly sending him home makes me really mad!

If anything, I wouldn't mind THAT MUCH if he went home next week when the judges lose their power and it is entirely down to the public vote. But PLEASE don't let him go home this week! At least next week he will be able to go home with dignity, I feel that if he lands in the bottom tonight the judges will just try to make a tit out of him.

VOTE WAGNER!!!

The double elimination was introduced this week purely to oust Wagner. Simon has the voting results each week and must know that Wagner is in the bottom three.

I haven't voted on the X Factor for many years, but I have voted for Wagner several times and will throw a few more votes his way tonight.

Simon and Cheryl need to realise their manipulation hasn't worked this time round.

No, I disagree.

He is ruining the show. He doesn't have any talent at all. He should never have been put through in the first place! He is only there because people think its funny to put him through, but all they are doing is taking away from people who have singing talent actually getting recognition.

Im sorry, I dont mean any of this personally towards him. Im sure he is a normal lovely guy. But, he cant sing.

He cant.

He needs to go. NOW.

lol why?

The OP is right, the judges are vile to him. He's in the same boat as all the contestants so they should start respecting him a bit more.

I agree. I wouldn't mind him leaving to public vote, but I don't want to see the horrible judges humiliate him.

This is the thing that irks me. Simon and the producers are the one that put him through and are essentially the ones that have subjected him to what has gone on over recent weeks. They shouldn't put through joke acts in the first place. Now they're acting like its a big issue that he is getting through every week and are doing everything in their power to get rid of him. It serves them right for trying to mess with a man's dignity in the first place.

His first performance last night made me cry. It's the first time that I would describe one of Wagner's performances as 'beautiful.'

Same reasons I want him to stay just this one more week too, OP.

Keep voting Wagner!

And him singing Creep was proof, that if they really wanted to, they could have worked a lot harder to find him songs that SUIT his voice. They've maltreated our poor Wagner from the very beginning.

The thing is, the guy can sing. He sings the operetta style well with strange phrasing due to his accent.

However, I'm pretty sure Louis thinks, or is not allowed, to have both his acts performing a similar style. Mary is maybe inflexible and Wagner just goes along with it all.

He performed Creep well last night despite the dodgy cutting up of the song, his voice is interesting and he has more talent than the Wands (as an entity).

I'm shutting up now as I'm not a Wagner fan but agree that the judges belittle him. Loved his comeback to Cheryl last week - she looked suitably mollified

Not a Wagner fan - the novelty factor ran out for me weeks ago and I think his 'talents' would be better suited to BGT.

Simon and the producers put him through to the XF finals to get exactly the response he's getting - publicity and voting income. Maybe they want to end XF and concentrate on BGT - once XF regularly has novelty singing acts, there seems little point in having both shows. Next year we'll probably get a singing juggler or acrobat to fill Wagner's shoes.
