Actually the truth is Dannii ruined his chances by telling him to sing in that style for every song. He did not sing like that at the start.

Agreed - I loved Paije, and thought he was miles better than Cher. For me, he was the only consistently good performer in the contest, but I guess he wasn't 'interesting' enough for SCowell.

Aiden was my favourite going into the live shows but he was abysmal every week. Disagree.

Even if just one of them could come back, I'd be happy!

There was something about Aiden - I think he had some potential but had some terrible performances.

I do miss Paije. He was fab.

I think he's one of those contestants who probably would've done better NOT going on X Factor. That being said, I'm glad he did, he was my fave

I too miss Aiden and Paijje. The mute button was on a lot more than usual last night due to the lack of them.

However, I don't mind that Katie and Cher are still there - when all is said and done it doesnt really matter. My personal enjoyment of the show might not be quite as high, but for a lot of others it will be higher.

I agree. Post x-factor he's done lots of different stuff. New stuff includes "Bonkers", "Clocks", "The Cave" and "That's Life". As well as a Twitvid with "Mr Brightside" and "Use Somebody". So he's done rock, rap and swing as well! Dannii kept insisting that "he IS an intense performer" but he only performed like that because the songs he sang were intense...I mean can you imagine him singing Diamonds are forever in a cheerful way?

Awh don't blame Wagner. I haven't and probably won't vote for him, but I like him and it's not his fault he's there. He's just being used, poor guy.
For me, I question Katie and Cher's presence in the competition more than his.

I miss Aiden so much, anyone who has seen him live will tell you he can sing 100% His song choices just maybe weren't the bes.

To be fair the first 3 weeks were good choices. I love Thriller but it was far too risky to do and week 5 and 6 were poor choices, which floating voters probably wouldn't appreciate as they would think it's getting a bit samey (although clearly Rebecca is immune to that argument, although Rebecca doesn't get the "you're safe" comment with death slot).

All of the song choices have been rubbish this year, right across the board.

I think nothing compares to u was a terrible choice to be honest, because Dannii said that week he was going to do something different and upbeat but that didn't happen. Diamonds are forever I LOVE, Jealous Guy went badly due to nerves but apparently he can nail that song and lets be honest, Mad World was probably one of the best performances of the series.

Aiden yes; couldn't care less about Paije though, so glad he went instead of Cher.

Not missing anyone that has gone thus far TBH.
