Jealous. Wagner isn't a very good singer and Matt can't stand the fact he is getting so many votes and publicity.

Matt needs to relax - if Wagner is so bad, he shouldn't be worried about the competition.

Because like most other sane people he cannot believe that the talentless idiot is still there when other more deserving people are not.

I can't stand Wagner either, even a lot of those voting for him don't actually like him - he's just fodder to hurl at Simon is all.

"Deserving" people who can't get enough votes to keep them out the bottom 2 or 3 which is the name of the game

Yes. But I do think hate is a big word. He is probably just fed up with him and his, I'm sure, 'pleased with himself attitude' because the GBP are keeping him in each week, every week, regardless.

I could be completely wrong, but I think that he could be annoyed by Wagner's success as it takes away from the "serious" acts that remain rather than the ones that have gone. I mean as viewers we know that XF is an entertainment show, but if you enter it in order to kick start your career as a serious artist, only to find yourself with Wagner as a serious contenter for the prize; it could be seen to lessen the achievement! I mean imagine singing against Wagner in the final! You would know that even if you sang your best ever, the public could choose him over you. Your talent means nothing.

I think that the reason Wagner has failed to integrate with the younger contestants is because he acts like them. If he were younger and more attractive (as if that were possible ), then his arrogance or annoying behaviours would be forgiven. The younger ones were in effect living with a teacher acting like one of them!

Because Wagner still being in the competition reminds Matt that X-factor is not a serious singing competition based on talent. I think Matt feels by entering the X-factor he's sold out, and he's right. Wagner may be seen as a performing monkey, but all the contestants are really.

Because he's a desperate insecure loser. Let your singing do the talking Matt, stop acting like a crybaby because somebody's more popular than you.

+1 to that and the people who have lost out to him wouldn't have won anyway

I think it's because Wagner has a much bigger Wanger than him.

Matt finds Wagner very distasteful. In all his years in Essex as a 'painter-decorator' he has never encountered a person with such a passion for life and love as Wagner, and it displeases him. He would rather such people be shut away and never mentioned.

I agree. It's not Wagner's fault the other contestants didn't have enough votes!
Matt is too full of himself, he thinks he is the bee's knees but at almost 30 he is still playing in pubs with his ''band''. I was a fan but right now I would rather Cher or Katie won, I really can't stand how smug he is.

Matt confronted Wagner because of his actions against other people on the show.

There's constant reports of Wagner's bad attitude, and if Matt thinks that Wagner has been disrespectful to people then I tend to believe him.
He might be annoyed at Wagner's comedy routine getting through each week, but clearly Wagner isn't an easy guy to get along with behind the scenes, all that moving to a hotel business.

I wonder if Wagner will share the same hotel as the others on tour.
Unless you actually hear one of the contestants speak about half these allegations you have to take them all with a pinch of salt.

While a lot of stuff gets twisted around I don't like some of the stuff at all. He sits on benefits as he is unable to work. Rubbish, a bad shoulder rules you out of some jobs but it doesn't mean you're unable to work. People like that don't impress me, sorry. It may be allowed but that's not the point, if he's too ill to work, why isn't he too ill to go on X Factor and run round with dancing girls

Matt should understand the protest vote as he himself with his present / ex. band Seven Summers competed in Storm the Charts which sort of rode on the back of the RATM campaign.

If you have Spotify check through the list

&

for info on the band.

Just checked out their Facebook page
Look what they posted by coincidence

If you want to kick start your career as a serious artist, don't go on The X-Factor. I don't know why that's so hard for some people to understand.

Two seperate issues as far as I'm concerned.Don't think Wagner has been trying to cheat his benefit claims - he will have to pay back anything he is proved to mis-claim.This is between him & the benefits department.I'm sure there are alot of pressure on them to re-assess this claim anyway due to Wagner's high profile recently.
