Foxsat - editing programmes on a PC
Has anyone copied over a programme to their PC (it arrives as a file with a .ts extension) and successfully edited it? If so, which editing programme(s) did you use? I just can't find a way of doing it that keeps the audio and video in synch.
Thanks for any advice given. |

I use VideoReDo TVSuite to remove adverts and trim the beginning and end but I think I'm correct in saying the Foxsat .ts file is not a standard .ts file and I have to use m2tstots to convert it first before VideoReDo will let me edit it.

I use Videoredo to edit .ts files from the Foxsat HDR.
The latest version 4 will edit unencrypted HD files from BBC1 HD, BBC HD and ITV1 HD (using the reset method to record unencryted files). |

As regards VideoReDo, I've just tried it. Brilliant, brilliant program! Many thanks for suggesting it, zetor and graham. |

By that, do you mean switching to non-Freesat mode, rebooting and then recording while in non-Freesat mode?
