Despite being favourite to go in week one he beat the odds and continued to do this for 5 weeks. He then went on to be favourite to be in bottom 2 and he survived. Until tonight when his time was finally up. It is a shame but we did our best. I hope this is not the last of Wagner however this is the last of the show for me as I can't support anyone as I find them incredibly dull.

Agreed.

He did finished 6th like Jedward but there were more contestants, a double elimination and it was only his first time in the bottom 2.

His success frightened Simon

I hope so too. I wont be watching it after tonight, as i only watched for him as well. I don't usually watch once it gets to the live show's so he must have been doing something right to make me vote as well.

Remember: He got this far, without EVER being bottom two. Any other year, he would have walked this. He still wasn't bottom two this evening and I suspect that he was not even bottom three as I can't imagine how anyone could be more popular. There was a lot of talk of his line not working.... but let's not concentrate on that, what's done is done.

Who in their right mind would watch this dreadful show except for the great entertainment from Wagner? Ah well I'll go back to doing whatever I did before Wagner caught my attention and I suspect there'll be quite a few others. Ooh at least a dozen.

Completely agree. Enjoyed every minute supporting waggy. I loaf that silver fox. Hope to see him doing a media dash and spreading the loaf all around the UK.

PS - and we got rid of Katie... cant say fairer than that
