Caller saying Cheyl should have addressed her problems with Wagner in private, not on live TV.

Simons response...'I could say the same to you'

Like really?! LOL. Because the xtra factor caller could just nip into cheryls dressing room to tell her that right?

And the whole point of the calling in section is for viewers to call in with their opinions. What a **** Simon is.

Simon Cowell just showed himself up for the millionaire out of touch idiot that he truly is. How can a caller from Gloucester possibly take up with Cheryl Cole in private her comments last week concerning what Wagner was alleged to have said in a tabloid interview?

Oh and Mr Cowell I can see that you have a lot of respect and appreciation for the X Factor audience who you pretend to want to placate so much. As soon as someone comes on the Xtra factor and says something controversial and which probably thousands across the country agree with you wave your hand in the air and say goodbye. You really are one of the most arrogant and unlikeable personality's on television and tonight you proved it again.

Simon is getting really annoying now. Cheryl should have responded for herself. His arguments were stupid. I'm glad the caller stood her ground

Totally agree. Posted this on another thread but it's ridiculous. What does he think is going to happen on a LIVE call in?! He's not doing anything to make people want to tune in. Very obnoxious!

Does anyone think they'll do away with the judges questions next year? More and more callers are asking 'challenging' questions....

That's exactly what I thought. He is so stupid and he doesn't know it. How dumb was Simon for saying that

They seem to be asking a lot more 'pressing' questions this year. What's the point when Simon takes over and just tells them to go away.

Simon Cowell is one of the most objectionable people on TV and I've a good mind to write and complain to ITV about his behaviour tonight.

They won't take away the caller's questions - they'll just amke sure more airheads get through saying how great St. Simon and Sister Cheryl are.

LOL no, I've been asked that so much the past week

Did the caller point out what a dumb thing to say that was?
Nope, they were taken off air practically as soon as he said it. Probably in shock that someone could be so stupid

what a dunderhead Siomon is becoming. yeh, like the caller could privately go and see Cheryl in her home or at the studio and not get arrested for being a stalker.

Made me laugh, Cheryl is not popular any more, poll results have her in 3rd place in The Sun.

Actually they followed that comment up with "write a letter or something" so no need to visit dressing rooms. That lady was being quite aggressive with her style of questioning ; it was actually very nice to see Simon sticking up for Cheryl for a change rather than rubbing it in her face.

As Simon and co said, Cheryl's incident was a one off, based on her cringing when the question came up, she most likely regrets it and she kind of made up for that tonight when she gave Wagner a nice send off.
