I don't vote but if I did, I'd vote for Gavin and Kara. I love Gavin, not the greatest dancer in the world, but hilarious! You need his humour in this sea of misery!

I am. Sadly he'll go before Ann does.

I'm not sure there's a great deal of difference between them.

Both poor dancers but entertain with their humour (which is, of course, subjective).

I really don't like this idea that people have to be named and shamed on here though - viewers can vote for who they like!

Quite right Sid.

On Buddy's "Three for the final" poll a two times poster said the people who had voted Ann among there 3 didnt have the "guts to justify their decision" (I'm paraphrasing, but guts and justify were the words used).

I don't consider myself oversensitive, but I just can't understand that sort of attitude. I have come to the conclusion that I am fortunate I don't know a single dance step; at least it allows me to enjoy the show without getting all het up about who stays and who goes. At least not to the extent of being unforgiveably rude to people of a different mindset.

I don't blame them. They'd probably be lynched.

It's turning into a bit of a witch hunt.

I'm voting for Gavin.

Katya has done a great job with him. It's his nerves that have been the main problem.

I agree with Bruno for once, he's got more to give......I just hope he's not eliminated next week as I'd like to see him get to the semis

I have voted for him though I didn't this week as his jive was dire. I have enjoyed many of his dances though and so always vote when I do

He never fails to make me laugh. He is worth a vote just for that.

Gavin puts a decent amount of effort into learning the dances properly, isn't a diva dictating what he will and will not wear, feels bad when he messes up, isn't aided every week by having the entirety of the BBC Prop Department dumped on the floor every week so he doesn't have to move at all, doesn't deem the Latin dances (plus tango) beneath him, and isn't yet talking about where he's going to keep the glitterball trophy if he wins.

Saying he's not that different from Ann is quite frankly an insult.

I disagree. He spent most of last week grumbling about how much he hated the Jive. If that had been Ann, she'd have been crucified.

It wouldn't be Ann, because when Ann hates a dance, she just doesn't do it, and gets Anton to wiggle his tits about instead as a distraction.

He kept saying he hated it because he found it a difficult dance to master, not because he hated dancing it per se.

He was completely in awe of Katya's dancing ability, which I thought was really sweet

I'm voting for him.

I like how you can see he's trying. He has potential and yes he's not showing it but its there. He tries hard I just don't think he can let go in the dances and just do it. He over thinks it and gets nervous. I don't think he's anywhere near as bad as Ann. I don't think he should win or anything but I like watching him dance and he always brings a smile to my face.

Hi Sid

To be fair to Gavin it was Katya that got him to go on and on about how much he hated it in some weird attempt to get him in touch with his inner feelings I have a feeling that without that he wouldn't have said anything about it at all.

Why should anyone have to justify why they vote for someone?

As for the DS polls most people don't bother to vote on those, I rarely do.

Indeed, I suspect it's Ann's fault that Scott cocked up and was overmarked as well.

Fair point Star

But I still feel like his heart wasn't in it this week, just like Ann's isn't some weeks. The reaction to both is quite different though.

Overall, Gavin has tried harder but I've enjoyed the end result even less than Ann's each time he's danced!

It boils down to personal taste I guess.

I agree his heart wasn't in it. It was one of his worst dances and (if we disregard Ann) he deserved to be in the bottom two.

But I always enjoy everyone more than Ann You could wheel the hatstand and the door on and I'd get more pleasure out of watching them than I do Ann and Anton

I vote for Gavin - he is trying so hard. A few of the others have had previous dancing experience, but he is a complete novice.

I also understood every word he said and was puzzled that Claudia couldnt.

I don't vote but I just will Gavin to try harder every week and every week he just doesn't. Unlike other sportsmen who've done well on the show he just can't let himself get into it.

He's had long enough to stop being so self conscious I'm now getting annoyed with him. He needs a good slap.

Form an orderly queue.
