I would like Kara and Artem to win because of their wonderful dancing and innovative choreography.

I think Matt and Aliona will win because of their huge fanbase and they do seem to get more TV coverage than the others despite being good enough to win on their own merit.

I fear Ann will win because if you put in a 'joke' contestant then do not be surprised if the joke is flung back in your face by the GBP!

On the assumption that the lovely Katya will be voted off next weekend, I'd go with this.

Scott's blown his chances really (3 bad weeks pretty much on the trot (bar the Jive which was superb). Shame as I really like him.

I think the first 3 have proved to be consistant throughout the whole series with only one rubbish dance each. Scott is too knackered now, its showing which is a shame - at the beginning he couldn't put a foot wrong, now it seems its 9 points for just showing up.

Would like Kara and Artem to win, but right now I'm not even sure she's going to make the final.

Matt's huge fanbase will increase as he's now on the One Show 4 nights a week.

But unlike Chris Hollins, equally popular, he usually looks good dancing. Like Chris Hollins, he works very hard with his pro partner.

If Matt wins, I'll say "job well done", but the problem will be the final public vote between the two last couples standing. I do think it will be Matt plus A N Other: should be either Kara or Scott, but have a truly horrid suspicion a body of voters are determined it should be Ann.

If the Kara support continues to drop off, then it might be James and Pamela through to the final- so let's hope they have classic ballroom dances left for this.

Have a feeling that Scott may go out early - just a feeling - he looked played out, and if his VTs aren't terribly cheerful, the viewers will pick someone else.

Matt should win as he is the golden boy at the bbc, it is not fixed but they will use as much leverage and spin as possible to get him to take the glitterball. Don't know where the info is coming from about the phone votes, according to my source (named on the end titles) a certain celebs votes were down after blackpool, not dangerously but enough to cause concern so their profile has been raised this week.

VT's are manipulated to show positives and negatives as both of these can sway the viewer, many only watch the main shows so over marking and more importantly under marking are also used as are negative comments.
Ann will be kept as long as possible but the beeb will consider it a disaster if she wins.

Very interesting meeting on Thursday with this source, nothing to do with Strictly, and quite a few in the room and mostly marketing based so this info was given to quite a few people.

I would like Kara and Artem to win they have always been my favourites from day one: Matt is an excellent dancer, but I think a bit too eager to lift the Glitterball, I would prefer cool Kara and I will be voting for her
