DVD not album. Michael Ball is due on 'It Takes Two' sometime over the next few weeks.....Actually I'd love to see him on the main show.

So would I, I love Michael Ball and he can sing everyone else off the stage just like he did at the 25th anniversary of Les Misérables at the O2.

I agree, I like both Ola and James but that dance just didn't work for me. I do think the results show is a waste of time. I sky+ it and can watch it in about 10mins. I could be on my own here, I don't think the new look SCD is working that well, I know that I'm not enjoying it as much as I did in the past, but maybe the Beeb are looking for a different kind of audience.

Yes, it's flat and full of padding. The worst bit is the film of the bottom two saying why they don't want to leave the show… cue violins. Not only is it cringe-worthy, but they've only just been interviewed by Tess about why they'd hate to leave the show.

I agree it's very flat and not worth watching now. I sometimes put it on in the background while doing other things just in case they have a good group dance but am not bothered if I miss it. It seems full of padding and the pro group dances have been disappointing compared to previous years. I always look here for the results anyway.

I read the spoiler so I don't have to watch it.

Don't like it
Too much Tess and too drawn out with manufactured suspense.

Don't know why they have to spread it over 2 nights, wish they would do the results show the same day.

The results show is pants, I record it and watch it if I am in my living room ironing and fancy something on in the background.

Especially now that pretty much everyone knows that it's filmed on the same day. It's the one elephant in the room that's never mentioned. and frankly makes them look a bit daft.

I can only imagine that they've got this spot on the Sunday night that they need to fill so it cannot be shifted.

The only decent thing about the results show is Claudia - she is brilliant!

I think we are all agreed then ! Now, I wonder what would turn it into a good show (with the results actually live, of course ...)

Agreed. Seems pointless with no dance off, and I hate how they do the "moment of truth" in 2 blocks... just silly.

Plus they've had some rubbish guests!

Perhaps they will do away with it next year... too late now !

plus I prefer ITT on Mondays when Claud hasn't been ringside - and has been watching it at home like the rest of us. Somehow, as she will have spoken to them on the Saturday eve already, it seems as though ITT suffers as well, and it's a bit flat especially on a Monday.

The results show is utter rubbish... full of padding and crap guests *yawn*.

I watch the last five minutes to find out who goes, can't be doing with all the dross in between.

I prefer the pro dances at the start and then the rest.... well, let's hope they don't repeat this format next year.

Definitely need the results show back on a Saturday evening as a live show.

Lacks tension and much as I moaned about the dance off,
just dont like this format. Much as I want to love the Pro dances they occasionally seem a bit ropey but it was ever thus.

No she isn't, she's Angus Deayton with eyeliner. How does she get jobs presenting??

This format doesn't work, we Sky Plus it and watch it in around 5 minutes minus all the filler. Go back to the live show on Saturday and get someone else to do it apart from her.

I wonder what the answer is ?

1) Return to the live show on a Saturday

2) Give the pro dancing a greater role, and make sure that they are better-rehearsed and feel part of the show.

3) Ditch Claudia as a presenter - she does not work.

4) Bring in a new presenter to work alongside Tess. Sadly, I do not have a suggestion.

i personally dont see the point of the results show as we find out on here who has gone anyways lol..and its so obvious its not live but the funny thing is they prentent that it is?!

Even the guests that have been on this year havent been that great either apart from take that tonight!

I don't like the way they announce half of the saved couples and then have a performance before announcing the rest.

It doesn't add tension in my opinion; it's just annoying.
