Orange 3.5g?
Hi
Up until around two months ago - I had great 3.5G coverage pretty everywhere I used my mobile (Work, my house, family members houses, friends houses etc) But now, I can only seem to get it at home in the early hours of a Sunday morning! Now, recently I used my phone in the centre of Birmingham - it only picked up a 3G signal, the same at New street station and the same in Sutton Coldfield town centre and Wolverhampton town centre. This seems to be the same everywhere I go, even though the orange coverage maps state excellent coverage for 3.5g. Nothing has changed with my mobile (Nokia E52). And the network is set to 'Dual Mode' and setting it to UTMS only makes no difference. Have Orange got a very bad capacity issue in the Midlands at the moment? I also get 'Network busy' a lot when trying to make calls, and most of my incoming calls go straight to voice mail and I get a 'missed call' text message. Hopefully its not just me experiencing this issue? |
