I signed up to this tariff when it first came out. I currently get unlimited texts for topping up £10 a month and unlimited texts and 500mb internet for topping up £15 a month.

These days the tariff offers 300 texts, 500mb + free wifi for topping up £10 a month and 500 texts, 500mb + free wifi for topping up £15 a month.

I've tried to resign up to the tariff, but it keeps saying I'm already on it.

I'm thinking I'll have to choose a different tariff and then go back to the Text & Web. Any ideas how many times you can change tariff in a single month?

I thought you can only change after a month. So you can't change it in the first month of a change over.

You don't need to worry about that. Just call or email O2 and ask them nicely to change you from the promotional version of Text and Web to the current version on your anniversary date (the date each month you get your free allowance). They'll be pleased to do it.

(if you use the automated system you can change tariff once every 30 days, which comes goto effect on your anniversary date)

Why is it you're changing? I'm just asking because if it's to get free wifi on the £15 topup, you get that on the previous text and web tariff you're currently on anyway.

If it's because you want to just topup £10 now then can't help you lol.
