Can anyone suggest good single-issues/small arc stories that are worth reading?

I have most of the collected editions (Year One, Long Halloween, War Games, Hush etc) and am looking to find stuff that's a bit more hidden. Surely there are some gems that have been forgotten in time?

Suggestions? Doesn't have to just be Batman; Robin, Nightwing, Catwoman etc would be interesting.
