There's no catch, I signed up to the £20 deal.

Keep in mind though, that if you go over your limits on your free calls you'll be charged.

Also, they'll charge you for streaming content. Like, if you were to use youtube on the phone..

Is that website up-to-date or does it need updating. Oh and it says 50 mins and 250 texts on that deal but if you click not a virgin media customer it says more for £15. I thought with it being a saving £5 deal if you have virgin you get the same.

The website doesnt need updating; it's pretty simple really.

If your with Virgin it's free on the £10 deal.

If not, it's only free if you spend £15 or more.

No I mean because on the £15 deal if your not on virgin media it says summot like 100 mins and 500 texts. But if your on virgin media get it for £10 but with 50 mins and 250 texts.

One month's free phone insurance. After that, it's just £5.99 or £7.99 a month, depending on value of the mobile phone. The correct premium will be applied automatically to the basket.

Thought I just pay £10 a month????

Has anyone been on the £10 deal?

It's worth knowing that the 8520 isn't 3G and therefore likely to be slower than a slow thing.

A family friend had this deal and it was nothing but a pain for her. She couldn't get the email to set-up and despite numerous promises to provide a fix it never came.

It couldn't set up a personal email only a business account, which she didn't have. On the plus side she was able to cancel the contract within the 28 days.

You can just create an account, I think, so can use your own card?

I am the account holder in my house so I dunno how it works, there is a separate phone number you can try if you have questions.

I used to be on the £8.50 deal, just started 10 days ago on the £10 deal. For this I get a Nokia 5230, 200 minutes and 500 texts. (Although I'll only believe it's only £10 when the first dd goes out...... )

Yeah, normally when they respond like that it means that they won't take the order due to your credit.
