Complete cow and she had the nerve to accuse Stella when it was she who was bitching about Stella on the boardroom.

I hope she fails to be the next apprentice. Love Stella, such likeable woman.

Didn't realize that there was all that bubbling anger and frustration under Liz's surface. Thought she was all cool and composed.

Didn't like her as Miss Perfect, but don't like spiteful people either. She looked like she wanted to intimidate Stella with that last statement about how Laura would be missed. Bizarre!

Laura won't be missed at all - she was just saying it to be spiteful and there is nothing more unprofessional than that
there's clearly a reason they left that in - Liz won't win this

Liked Liz up until this point, what a nasty cow. Very childish and unprofessional.

Why not?

Maybe she wanted Joanna's opinion on it too.

Stella was the only one with a problem with the PM, everyone else thought it was fine.

It's all well and good mouthing off in the boardroom, but Stella should've remembered she has to live with the people she badmouths wrongly, before she did so.

It seems from the chatter before they arrived back at the house that Stella isn't that nice a person, I can well believe it from how she comes across on screen, and those living with her deemed her smug and deserving of being knocked down a peg or two.

What part of discussing the lies Stella told in the boardroom make Liz unprofessional?

Surely lying in the boardroom to save your own skin is more childish and unprofessional?

Exactly. The only reason why Liz faired better negotiating that Stella was because she had the good luck of having Joanna on her subteam (who was the only person who did anything useful).

She did that for one reason and one reason only............clearly feels threatened by her!!!!!!!

Shown her true colour.............that was out of order and very spiteful.

There is also an undercurrent disliking for stella in the house I never picked up on

Many contestants stretch the truth in the boardroom, the childish and unprofessional comment is about Liz taking it back to the house. Petty.

The competitions hotting up, Liz, in my opinion is a very clever girl. Don't like her tactics, but she's completely unnerved Stella.

Yes stretch the truth, big themselves up and play down mistakes, but Stella lied. She made out Liz had done a terrible job when it had already been agreed that Liz had done ok.

They have to live together and having the anger bubbling under and not being open about what her problem was would surely have been worse on Liz's part.

It seems there is more to Stella than we are seeing on screen, she comes across quite bitchy and cold as it is, but considering contestants can usually be fine to each other after the boardroom suggests she must be a real cow to live with.

I think it'll take a lot more than a bitchy little Man's Girl to unnerve Stella.

Totally unnecessary to take that so personally. She gave Stella a lot worse than Stella gave her - yet Liz is the one that puts on the wounded act.

I agree with those who've said she's probably unused to criticism. Everything's come easily to her and she just doesn't take it well when she's under attack.

Gone off Liz. If she liked Laura so much, why did she take her back into the board room.

I'm not a massive fan of Stella, to be honest. But if Liz was unhappy with what had been said, she should have taken her aside and dealt with it one-on-one.

To sneer and roll her eyes at Stella in front of everyone was pathetic.

I'm very happy about this episode...it really has shown Liz's true colours...which most people can't get past her 'looks' to realise. She's not nice, she's petty and she;s completely threatened by Stella...who is frankly a far better candidate.

So it was shown on You're Fired that Liz said it in the cab to Stella and then went into the house and repeated herself infront of everyone else. Great girl...

Seriously, do you not watch this show? They ALL badmouth each other. And Liz didn't lead the task particularly well. And we've seen undeserving people be ganged on before in Apprentice history. (Sara)

Or remember this is a TV show.

Could she have been asked to repeat it to make it more dramatic for TV purposes?

Sure thing, I'm sure Liz will appreciate you going all out in defending her in this thread.

It was really out of order imo. To bring it up in front of everyone too, when the boardroom is in a way designed to rip your 'teammates' to shreds.
