As she said herself, she's not there to make friends. I can fully believe she's not a very nice person to be around. All she wants to do is win and her eye is on that.

Here's a question for you, if Stella was so wonderful in business, why did she go on the show in the first place? If she was happy in her job she wouldn't have left it. Being on The Apprentice shows she's just another wannabee.
The camera focused on her quite a lot during that Boardroom spat, and showed how her temper flew from the red of her face.

Hi, to show off in the main, as in look at me, I'm on telly and want to win, which doesn't make them look pleasant. This year's candidates are so up themselves, that they should have been replaced by real people. There's no guaranteee that the winner will be suitable for any of LS's jobs.

No, I dont think that Stella is a bitch at all, I just think that the others all feel threatened by her. Stella is the most professional of all of them. She has made a couple of little digs at Stuart but he has deserved them, especially the week she said the other team deserved to win and they did. She was spot on and honest! I like her honesty and I think that the others ganging up against her tells more about them than her!

I dont think that she was in a temper but more disappointed that the other two girls ganged up on her and tried to get her fired but it backfired on them and made them both look like real bitches!
I think that Stella went on the show for a change as she has been doing her job for the past 13 years. She probably knows that this could be a catapult to something bigger and better and what better way to show of your skills than being on tv?

That depends where one is standing.
To me she was most unpleasant, and wanted her way. Yet some fms in this forum say how cool she is, but she gave as good as she got, so what does that make her. As the program doesn't show us everything, then we can only surmise on what we see, and I saw an annoyed Stella, who couldn't stand back which would have been the right thing to do.

But being on telly can also backfire.
Had she been disappointed, her face wouldn't have gone red, but she couldn't let go and stand back. She had to have her say. Come off it, she was rowing with a stranger! She hasn't shown that many skills so far, and fence sitting anyone can do.

I have really warmed to Stella over the last few episodes, which goes against the grain for those who say she is cold! 
I find her very professional, she is a good planner and good at executing. She is good when talking to cients. You can tell she doesnt work in Sales, because she wasnt cut throat, but I found her a lot more professional when negotiating with customers than Chris, for example, who's strategy was to BEG!
And Liz, in comparison, went far down in my estimation tonight, but hopefully her behaviour was in the heat of the moment and she will get over herself.

You never see other contestants taking arguements from the boardroom back to the house, they might have commented but never openly tell people someone elses arguement and plea's to Lora Sugar. It's just so cheap and unprofessional.

She probably can be. Stella's definitely steely but I think she is reasonable and draws the line somewhere.

I think Stella is a bit introverted to people she doesnt know and is scared to upset them. She didnt do at all well on this task. She has never been in the business environment and I dont think she is ready to run a company. That said, once she knows someone, she draws her dagger and uses it effectively. She does have the killer instinct and is 'wicked' and ruthless. She doesnt make friends, but is calculating, and watches everything with an eagle eye. I would suggest that if she joins a real business venture, she has the ability to learn and succeed. I am not sure that LS has the time for this. But I would suggest he should employ her in a junior capacity where she will learn and then he will benefit greatly from her. She is in a way similar to Margaret. Not a business woman but very shrewd.

My internet is awful and youtube jsut refuses to load ever now. How did the conversation go exactly?She was right to take issue with Stuart, he was so rude to the 3 of them, Joanna, Stella and Laura, in the brainstorm and acted like an idiot. The comments he made towards Stella in regards to age were appalling. Stella made her comment in the house to Stuart, and it was a generalisation of his performance and attitude on that task.
Everyone fights their corner in the boardroom, for Liz to bring it up infront of Stella, I don't see it as to her at all, it was to the others infront of her, was a form of unprofessional manipulation and to me, it was like bullying. Stella addressed Stuart over his team management. Liz addressed everyone else over Stella's boardroom arguements. Which I don't think were unreasonable at all, I think she came accross well in the boardroom and remained dignified.

Sorry if mentioned already, but i found it very strange on You're fired, that nothing was mentioned of Stella's misjudgement during the task with the truffles, and that all the focus was on the supposed bitchiness of Liz. It has been mentioned numerous times on that show, what a strong candidate she is so I found it very strange they didn't choose to analyse this!
I thought it was a major error because she focused, too much on the opulence of the item and was completely deluded about where to find the best deal. I've also found her incredibly unprofessional on occasion, with the dirty looks she gave to Stuart and Liz. I would have thought she could have responded in a more dignfied and professional way.
She also had a face like thunder throughout the buying task!
