Joanne. She is a bit rough around the edges, but has shown she listens to advice. I think she can be smoothed to perform to a higher level than any of the others.
Other than her, Liz. Her skills are obvious and she is personable but I think she lacks Joanne's push and has had two alarming laspes of attention to detail.
Stuart, but in five years time, not now. He is talented but it would just take up too much time and energy putting out the fires he would inevitably create.
