Personally, I can't decide what order my top four are because I rate Stella, Joanna, Chris and Jamie pretty equally but for different reasons and will be happy with any of them winning. Fifth place goes to Liz and sixth to Stuart, though.

Based on statistics:
Stella - 7/9 tasks won.
Joanna - 6/9 tasks won.
Stuart - 5/9 tasks won.
Jamie - 5/9 tasks won.
Liz - 4/9 tasks won.
Chris - 3/9 tasks won.

Stella and Joanna have only visited the boardroom once whilst Stuart, Jamie and Liz have been there twice and Chris three times.

So, based on those statistics, Stella should be hired and Chris should be fired next (although, the statistics will change after the next task).

Stella's professional, cool, calm, mature - just a class act compared to all the other muppets. But I fear Big Al will go for either Liz or Joanna - Liz for her seeming 'charm' & Joanna because of her overpowering, aggressive nature.

Although, I do agree Stuart is a good salesman. And that is how Sugar started out as well, but Sugar has gone a long long way since, surely he's looking for a bit more than a good salesman who provides comic relief. And I think Chris has a better chance of winning than Jamie, but from what I've seen Jamie does seem to be more capable.

1) Joanna - hardly put a foot wrong since task 1, often best performer on each task.
2) Liz - a few mistakes, but mostly sound and some noticeable strengths.
3) Stuart - poor leader, but energetic, creative and good sales.
4) Stella - solid; done nothing special, but not many mistakes either.
5) Chris - poor performer overall. Only 3 wins, 2 through luck.
6) Jamie - poor leader, plenty of mistakes, nothing much good.
