To be fair, she tried. For example, she asked them to phone her before concluding any deal on the truffles. As far as we can tell, they ignored her and then lied about it. If that was typical she really didn't stand much chance.

We don't know if they lied. We didn't see them try to phone, but that doesn't mean it didn't happen.

Genuinely surprised by some rankings,

1 Stella - exceptional
2 Stuart - too many jumping on the bandwagon, it's a tv show he is playing it brilliantly- who is the star of the show and who will ultimately profit
3 Chris - One of many, still very good though
4 Joanna - let down by interpersonal skills
5 Jamie - good negotiator, not intelligent but very driven, unemployable

1. Stella - 'corporate' - too rigid?
2. Joanna - pretty plain.
3. Jamie - can negotiate, not a lot else.
4. Chris - too many times on losing team.
5. Stuart - funny, but not a lot of substance.

Looks like Suggs will be rolling the dice to pick the winner this year. I'd employ none of them!

1 Joanna - a survivor therefore a fast learner
2 Baggs - impressionable if handled properly, could do very well
3 Stella - reliable but probably better off in a more staid environment
4 Jamie - but you can't go from being your own boss to being an apprentice - even an Apprentice with a capital A
5 Chris - bit like Stella but even more dull and not even eye-candy
