How I wanted him fired in the first few weeks! Up himself, arrogant, unaware of those around him, face that you want to slap, loud..... the list goes on.

Then I saw him do the voices on the cleaning product task and (reluctantly) thought he showed us a different side.

In the past few weeks, he has become more palatable and has I now see him as someone I'd employ. Yes, he's still arrogant, but he's also quite savvy and gives 100% on each task. I can also see him motivating people in his team to do well and giving praise when it's due. Above all, he is positive..... none of the moan moan whinge whinge with him.

As much as I'd have resisted this in the first few weeks, he's now my favourite to win and I hope that Sirlord Alun of the Gherkin and the Helicopter doesn't let him go.

He's grown on me a lot too.

He looks like he's PM again next week. That'll be amusing. I imagine he'll piss Stella off again - he already looks like he did that for Chris on the next task.

I can't see him getting fired really. Lord SrAlan Sugar seems to like him

What I've noticed most of all is that he's able to be incredibly positive when people are getting fed up - he's actually quite motivational, which is a really good attribute in a manager.

He's also a 'doer' which I appreciate, I tend to reflect on every aspect of something before I do anything and I really need people like Stuart around who are willing to set off and try things out, or I'd never get anything done.

I can see why AS likes him.

i absolutely LOVE him. He is by far the most entertaining and he is a much better candidate than he is being given credit for. He isn't just a joker. I don't think he'll win but I do think he'll end up being the star of the series, if he isn't already.
