Could Matt be stuck in the Outer Hebrides?

With the poor weather conditions and Caudia mentioning that Matt's rehearsal tapes hadn't arrived I was wondering if Matt and Aliona themselves could be snowed in. They would have to give them a bye to the semi finals if that were the case.

No they are back in London now but the snow did mean that they could'nt train as much as they planned.

There is definitely disruption to the trains in Scotland.

One way of making sure Matt stays in to the final. I'm still hoping for snowdrifts in Devon that keeps the roads blocked.

No She's already back in London, i was hoping for the same! Apparently they stuck her to the front of a Great Western train as a snow plough........

Nah - she'd be taking it easy in a carriage while Anton does what he does every week - dragging from point A to B.

Not sure which part of the Western Isles that they have been in but the snow has not been too bad in the West of Scotland so far.

I don't think Glasgow Airport has been closed like Edinburgh.

Also people don't make a big fuss about as down South!

Although Yorkshire way to the south of the "real" north, we stoically endured temperatures of -15.5C on the School Run today. A balmy -7C at lunchtime.

Still, the 20 minutes spent cracking the ice on the drive to enable traction was good, bracing exercise in such temperatures.

Unlike me, you obviously don't live in Lanarkshire
