Shouldn't the dancers be doing two per week by now? I haven't heard anyone mention the two dance stage this year. Have they abandoned it because of all the work commitments of the participants?
What has happened to the Two Dance Stage?
i dont know. they normally start it at week nine when there is 14 couples. its week 10 and they still aren't doing two dances. apparently they start doing it next week which is the semi final and with most of them needing to do either 4 or 5 dances still its not going to fit. so i think that some dances are going to be missed out which is ashame !

I agree. By doing two dances the really good ones stand out much more. But I guess this year most contestants are too busy to fit it in.
Yes, I miss the two dance format too Especially because it means we won't get to see each couple do the full amount of dances.
As regards my personal favourite - Kara - I hope she does the rumba definitely. Wouldn't be gutted if she missed the samba. Can't really decide between the VW and the waltz. I'd probably rather she do the waltz but I wouldn't be gutted if it was the VW she did. But either way, it sucks we have to pick and choose - they should get to do all of the dances

They should also have done at least one group dance in my opinion........they arent always technically good but always good for a laugh.

The Rumba could be Kara and Artem's dance, although they already have quite a few ones, but I honestly believe that they could do the ultimate rumba. Not too keen on the Samba either.
However she has done already my two favorite dances (Paso and AT), so whatever she does next will be bonus.

Last 2 series, it's been week 11 but this year, week 11 has 2 shows one of which is the Semi Final so the couples will still be doing at least 2 dances in 1 week but not in 1 show.
From another thread, the semi final show is going to be 1 dance and the 'Swingathon' so perhaps there will be 2 dances on the Friday as well.

Yes, I agree, I think they could do a beautiful rumba. Although like you said, there have already been quite a few dances that she's nailed. It'll be tough to decide which one is the best when the show is over. Right now it's still the AS for me, followed by the AT but who knows? The tango or (hopefully, if they get to do them) the waltz or rumba could very well take the top spot

The group dances the celebs had to learn have also gone.
