When I ordered my HTC Mozart I did it through Dial a phone, Dial a phone left me a message asking me to contact them about the order, So I did and they told me Orange wanted me to contact them, I contacted Orange who told me I had been declined but that they could do the offer direct, so they took the custom away from Dial A Phone, very sneaky Dial A Phone still hounding me with emails to contact them to complete the order, I think I will just to sicken them.
