I don't think the flip from the judges desk will mean Matt has to go last though. It doesnt take special equipment and they generally like to open the show with a bang.

Oh God he isn't is he? Well that's a point gone from Len and Craig already. Len hates any tricks and Craig seems insulted any time someone invades the judges desk.
I would've said Matt first but I agree it might be Scott now.
I hope Ann is first and I can then settle down and enjoy the rest of it without having to leave the room while she is on .
At the start of the competition when there's lot of couples, the order can make a difference. At this stage I don't think it matters at all and gives no advantage or disadvantage.

I would agree with this. However, I really hope Kara is on last. Favouritism aside (Kartem are my faves) the Tango could be a jaw dropping routine and it just makes sense from a production perspective to leave the best til last.
I have a feeling she will be last tonight. I think the order will be gavin, Scott, Pamela, Matt, Ann & Kara.
I want Ann to be first tonight then we can get on with enjoying the dancing for the rest of the night,

I'm not so sure about this. The so called 'pimp' slot plays a big role in US reality shows ( not saying that it's necessarily the same in the UK ).
But I also think if you have Ann at the end, then the overall judges scores are unlikely to shift much. If you stick her on at the front, then hell, everyone looks soooo much better
