That'll delight a friend of mine who's just signed up to Sky Arts!

At the end of the Manon Lescaut on 3Sat the other evening, they mentioned a Summer night concert at Grafenegg this coming Saturday 11th. (It's on from 20.15 - 21.35 CET). Googling it to find out more, ie if it included opera and if so, who was appearing, one of the links took me to this website.

http://www.klassikkalender.de/TV-Programm/te/100

It's even broken down into categories, so you can click on Opera, concerts, ballet, chamber music etc. Assuming it's an ongoing thing, that solves our problems with Astra. Now all we need is a similar one for French television!

By the way, I'm finding that France 2 isn't showing an extended EPG on my set up any longer, although the others are. Is that general, or is anyone getting the full 7 days still?

Further detail - Rheingold and Walkure are on on the Saturday evening 29th July, then repeated on the morning of Sunday 30th July followed by Siegfried that afternoon, then Gotterdammerung on the Sunday evening. The opening festival Parsifal, on 25th July, is being screened live in cinemas in Germany Austria and Switzerland (but not the UK) so I am hoping this may be carried on one of the German satellite channels on 19.2, as has been the case in previous years.

Bit off subject: Tried to watch the You Tube streaming Nabucco last night from ROH. On my "smart" TV it was patchy and horrible with sound and picture dropouts but when I used my mobile phone and airplay, or whatever it is called, it seemed perfect. Did anyone find a satellite feed? I couldn't find it on 0.8W which is my usual choice. Domingo was very good. How he can sing lying on his stomach, I'll never know.

You still can see it! E-mail yesterday said that it would be available for 30 days after the initial stream! It can be viewed here.

It Trovatore form the Royal Opera House live on youtube this evening. Coverage starts at 6:45 with curtain-up at 7:15. It will be available for 30 days afterwards.

If they have the time-shift enabled, you should be able to join it after it starts and watch from the begining. Handy for jumping the interval!

Starting at 20.00 BST tonight Le Concert de Paris on France 2. Features Joyce DiDonato and Bryn Terfel amongst others. Scheduled to finish at 22.50.

(Thanks to Cocarroll. If you hadn't posted, I wouldn't have checked the live feeds and seen a post saying they were doing tests for this evenings Paris concert! That led me to check the French EPGs and, bingo!)

I'm too late to do an edit, but I thought the programme looked a bit familiar. I was reading the blurb for the 2015 concert. The 2016 one features Florez.

If you miss it tonight, it's being repeated on ZDF tomorrow 21.30 -23.05 BST

The 2013 Paris production of La Gioconda is on France 2 tonight/tomorrow, 22nd from 01.45 to 04.52 BST.

Looking forward to the Baden Baden concert on Sunday 24th on ZDF. Runs from 21.00 - 22.30 and features Anja Harteros, Elina Garanca, Jonas Kaufmann and Bryn Terfel. That's quite a line up!

Looks like my source, here, http://www.klassikkalender.de/TV-Programm/te/100 hasn't updated their page, I see Garanca has cancelled due to illness.

It looks like the website above doesn't include Servus TV by the way. We all missed "The Marriage of Figaro" from last years Salzburg Festival last night. I'd been following the news about the shooting in Munich on BR and by the time I started channel hopping, it was halfway through.

The Klassikkalender.de website has folded. If I've understood the explanation correctly it's because ard.de now have a similar webpage and the owner of the Klassikkalender understandably didn't think it was worth all the time and effort of maintaining his website when it was all duplicated elsewhere.

You can find the ard pages here. http://programm.ard.de/TV/Themenschw...anz/Startseite It's not laid out nearly as well as Klassikkalender, but at least we still have a reference.
