Tamzin Outhwaite is certainly "minor."
But it was a general observation, as the guests are often "minor" or someone from the music world with something to sell.
We then have to suffer a clip from a track on their latest CD, which has naff all to do with ballroom dance, so a total waste of time in a thirty minute show where frequently we hear; "That's all we have time for!"”
I do agree that Tamsin Outhwaite is a very much a z lister and indeed some aren't even deserving of the tag celeb - minor or otherwise.
However where Michael Ball is concerned, whether one likes him or not, he is internationally recognised. I wouldn't cross to see Madonna but that doesn't consign her to 'minor' celeb status.
