I know Ann is not the best. But i do not think Alesha's comments were rude.

Ann has said she is a comedy act and is rude to the judges every week. There can be no complaints when she is judged as a comedy act and given as good as she gives out.
Hate to say this but those comments may have got Ann the sympathy vote tonight. My niece is trying to vote for her and the phone is still engaged.

As I understand it, it's not that contestants line that engaged but the Strictly voting in general.

Yeah, but how sad is it to win on a sympathy vote? Ann is extremely rude to the judges every week and she really plays up the crap about how the viewers love her. Well, I can tell you she's not a very nice person outside strictly either, so no one should let sympathy make them vote for her.
There appears to be a co-ordinated management plan now to rubbish Ann (Bruce, Len, Alesha, Bruno, Tess), to write her out of public consciousness and the script. Did you notice how Ann was never in camera shot in the Tessylum? Anton was laughing at Ann standing in front of judges. It now looks as if Strictly PLC top brass want the joke contestant out, pronto.
This reminds me of the Soviet Union where prior to a purge a victim will become an un-person, sending a chilling signal to all supporters, beware.

No, because she was clearly visible stting down in the usual place we see her sitting down.
However, I certainly think the VT was edited to put her in a bad light.
I loved Bruno's dalek quote! Was very true...totally agree about how Ann is rude and patronising every week to the judges...you should be able to take what you give out...i so hope she goes this week!

No, because she was clearly in shot at least once, sitting down behind Tess. I think it was near the end. Generally the people in shot are those who were standing. Maybe Ann prefers to sit. And I suspect she doesn't give a monkey's about being in shot.

I didn't have a problem with what Alesha said, but both her comments and Len's, which were both along the lines of the fun's over now and it's time to go, are the kind of comments I can see increasing Ann's votes as viewers say they'll decide when it's time for them to go. Not rude comments, but not smart either.

If the judges want to be tough on the ones who can't dance good, then do it a bit earlier. May be a bit to late but I think Bruno went a bit to far.
When Alesha said what she said I, along 2 others I was watching it with all said "Good for her!". Well Done Alesha!

My niece knows that Ann is a retired M.P. who dances on SCD. She knows that she was in the old Conservative government and my niece also knows she is allowed to vote for who she wants.
