VIRGIN MOBILE-Rubbish!!
Twice I have been sent the settings so I can get picture messaging on my Nokia mobile. Twice I have put in the correct 4 digit PIN. However every time I try to look at pictures I am invited to look at the Virigin website. Surely it is possible to see the picture on my phone screen straightaway???

![]() Re the Virgin site......I've never once been able to view pictures on that. Have you checked your FF settings too? |

It could be that your phone doesn't support picture messaging. Have you checked your handbook! Some phones don't support multimedia messages.

You need to send yourself or someone else a Picture Message to activate this on your account before you will start to receive these.
Hope this helps! |

Used to be simple. Too complex now.
Surely you just choose which picture you want to send & then just press send. It should give you options on which way you want to send the message IE Multimedia/Bluetooth/Text etc.

Also as the messages have failed to appear on my phone I am supposed to be able to access them via the Virgin website. One problem, put the codes in and click on the link and nothing happens. Virgin mobile are truly useless as a company!!!!!!!!!!! -

OP, as you're on Virgin Mobile you'll need to send yourself a picture message before you can receive them directly on your handset; http://www.digitalspy.co.uk/forums/s....php?t=1389945
