Crafty as always.

Everyone else goes down with colds and he turns it into a nice little earner, endorsing Lemsip live on air, and during Xtra Factor Konnie just happened to have one, which she prepared for him.

How else would you describe lemsip if you were talking about one, trying to avoid saying it would have the other person saying "oh you mean lemsip"

I guess so, but the same could apply to almost anything, such as Lockets (which could instead be referred to as 'cough sweets'). Lemsip could be a 'honey and lemon drink'.

Nah, there was no endorsement going on, just Simon showing how much of a **** he is. He accuses one judge of tactical voting, yet does the exact same thing.

Simon Cowell: the most hypocritical man in the world.

Maybe it was product placement.

Tunes probably didn't wish to be associated with the X Factor, because the show usually murders them.

They have relaxed the law, here in the UK...maybe I'll see American Idol this year without a blurred Coke a Cola glass?
