If it is all on votes, they'll just announce the one who's going. If they really want Mary out, though, they might switch it up & do a singoff. (though they really shouldn't do this, & probably won't bother.)

ok, so percentages, I'm not very good at explaining but here goes.

If matt has 19% he has polled 19 votes in every 100 votes
If Cher has 13% then she has 13 votes in every 100 and so forth.

So if 1000 people voted then Matt has 19 x 10 (10 100s in a thousand) = 190 votes and Cher at 13% has polled 130 votes.
