I want Scott and Kara to be in the final and either of them to win. I never forget Scott's AT and Jive.What happened to him? Poor Scott,eventhough he struggled a lot in his AS dance,overmarking only lead him to be in the bottom two. Now i officially hate Alesha and Bruno for overmarking Scott and put him in danger of leaving.

I agree, i'm sooo hoping for Kara and Matt to be the final 2 left to fight it out for the glitterball!

I think Gavin & Scott are favourites to go as they have both been in bottom 2.

However leaderboard position could be crucial next week which also goes against Gavin as he'll almost certainly be bottom with Widdy gone. Any ties could help him though. Conversely, a good position for Scott may help him avoid the chop. He has a good dance selection I think next week but his workload won't help with 3 dances.

Pamela will be vulnerable and will need to be 1st or possibly 2nd I feel to avoid the chop. I have a hunch that Matt has a solid fanbase so he will probably be safe. Obviously we have no idea if the DS survey in any way reflects what's happening with the real phone poll but last week Kara put in a below par performance by her standards and it was neck & neck between her & Matt on the favourites poll. This week back to her best & she's leading comfortably. If this is reflected in the 'real world' then Kara may have to continue to perform at her best to secure the votes too.

Pamela in 2nd place, so Scott and Gavin will go next. Pamela in the final with Kara and Matt. Predictions...

Unfortunately we have now have seen his AT and it was virtually indistinguishable from a Ballroom Tango - why bother learning a new dance when you can just repeat an old one?

Gavin must go if there is any justice. I wish then it were a 4 way final because Scott has been excellent, but by his own admission he had a couple of weeks off the game and still hasn't really recovered from that. For me Kara, should win with a very honourable mention going to Pamela

I agree with this, but the point Tiger Rose made below is an important one:


Matt Baker is more a Gethin than a Matt Di Angelo - despite more subpar performances than many others and a dodgy pro partner he's never been in the bottom 2 and remains very popular on various polls. Unlike Gethin he didn't go on a "journey" but the judges being hard on him and Scott being overmarked has made him an underdog of sorts. If he gets to the final and pulls off a 40 dance, and Craig is still nitpicking Kara's dances, I can see him winning it.

If this was DWTS I'd say Kara was a shoo-in for the glitterball. My main concern is that Kara has never been in danger unlike the others so her supporters may not be used to mad voting. It's easier to justify 50 phone calls in the final when you made as many in the semis...

How do you reckon that? I like Kara and think her dancing is much better than Alesha's. Alesha won on performance and on her own admission could blag it.

I think a lot of people are getting tired of the gymnastics, particularly the judges.

Not sure how Matt would work them them into a Viennese waltz if he gets one anyway.

As predicted. In the final itself, Pamela will be overmarked (again) but will be out (as per Lisa Snowdon) to leave Kara and Matt to fight it out in the showdance. To win Kara has to beat Matt in the previous dances (which she will) and have a very stunningly beautiful showdance, which Artem will produce. Matt's showdance, created by Aliona will be more questionable, with some acrobatics, but may be too idiosyncratic. So, all in all, Kara has a decent chance of lifting the trophy.

I think the final will be a toughie - I do think Kara and Matt are better than Pamela, so she'll go first. Then the other two are evenly matched, so either could win. Can't wait for the show dances!
