My favourite Christmas song! Just got back from 5 months travelling, and expecting the blues to hit anytime soon- might be time to start planning for Christmas!

And for me! Christmas starts in September. Christmas puddings and cakes and the Mars, Cadbury and Nestle selection boxes will appear in the supermarkets any day now. Garden centres have got Christmas cards on display and will soon have decorations for sale (they have to place their orders by April) so the countdown has really started. (I'm glad I'm not the only one!)

Yep, a week next Sunday marks the 100-days-to-Xmas point, and is when Christmas UK starts posting links (old and new) more often - usually a minimum of two or three links a day until the big day - tracking the run-up to Christmas 2012.

Unless the Mayans spoil everything for us, the rotters.

And I was in the Co-op on the way home from work and forgot to pick up some stollen, or even look at their Xmas range. D'oh... Will stop by again tomorrow, because the craving for stollen is shockingly strong...

I work for Marks and Spencer and we had a big delivery of Christmassy stock at the weekend, and some of the special offers in the food hall are for Christmas. We've already started selling Mince Pies.

I have a note in my online calendar so knew the 100 days point, but it's great to know your site will become more active. Brilliant!

And time for my annual lament about this country's obsession with raisins, fruit cakes and mince pies - can only eat them when I'm in the mood for them, and that's not very often!

http://www.xmasclock.com/

i have this as a favourite on my browser....

111 days and 11 hours to go... I'm so excited already.... anyone got any ideas on how to smuggle a 10ft trampoline down the chimney, or atleast in to the garden without a 4 yrs old noticing!! Hopefully all of the great tv will distract him, especially if the radio times has the snowman on the front! (which is my guess on it)

Haha I was just about to post something about this! I work part-time in a co-op and noticed this yesterday evening!

Is it wrong that I snapped up two boxes and opened one last night when I got in?...

Exciting stuff! The website is great.

Who is it that usually wins the annual 'first to buy the Christmas Radio Times' competition by the way? I might actually stand some chance this year if I'm working at the right time At the very least I'll probably get it quicker than last year, where I went from shop to shop across Brighton searching for someone that had managed to put it out slightly early!

Date already marked in calendar!

Saw this earlier on the Guardian website, anyone else reckon that this has Christmas day viewing written all over it?

Auntie is planning an "all-star" version of Strictly Come Dancing, pitting finalists such as Kara Tointon, Mark Ramprakash and Jill Halfpenny against each other for the title of super-dooper champion of the Strictly world.

Thanks Anyone know where's a good place to publicise/plug it? I'd like to make a big push this year to get it as widely known as possible.
