Me too - got it at 7 at my corner shop. One of the joys of having two small kids is you never get a lie in on a Sat.lol. Haven't even had a chance to look at it yet. My newsagent hides it away for a few days but always sells me one - as I'm sad enough to know he's got it there.
Thanks as ever Claire's Dad. Merry Christmas to you and all posters on this jovial annual thread.
Oddly they had the current Radio Times on sale Dec 8- 14, plus the Xmas one, but not the one inbetween.
Not impressed with someone from london getting it first when it's due out in london first. I live in Lowestoft and just got mine from WH Smiths. That's Impressive.

No probs - I'm finally getting my brekkie now and a chance to sit down and have a read. Esp as i see it's got a nice article about my fav man of 2012 - Mo Farah
Yes Cully that is impressive! Although, you have the same edition so that makes sense. what would be mega impressive would be a non London/ Anglia / Midlands copy being bought today!
Love the thread and have mostly lurked - thanks for all the info over the past month to everyone. Quite a few things to look forward to that haven't been mentioned. for me the 2012 highlight was the Olympics and they have the following for us Olympic junkies:
Olympics 2012: A Golden Games and Olympic Games: Through the Lens on Sat 29th Dec on BBC
And a Channel 4 review of presumably the Paralympics with The Last Leg - which was fantastic.

Fingers crossed. ALthough Croydon is officially London - many still think of it as Surrey, so in Kent you may have a chance too
Mediaguardian reports the Christmas edition will have a print run of 2.5 million and will raise £7.5 million in revenue from sales and advertising. Last year's sold 2.1 million but this year will be supported by a big advertising campaign.
I got the Christmas Total TV Guide at 8.30am this morning from my local paper shop, priced at £1.99. This is the first year I've managed to get it this early in my area
I live in Bush Hill Park - first shop did not have it - was all set to go dive up to Enfield Town as there is a big W H Smith's and they certainly would have it but I looked in a smaller shop and there it was.
I really think it should be on sale all over the UK all on the same day.
