We all know Scott and Gavin more likely to go home next week...

Lets hope its Scott then.

I think gav might be a threat to the top four, because his fanbase is growing, mostly consisting of people who gush over how cute he is:yawn:
If we lose any of the top four over him i will not be happy.

Scott might get the rebound vote.

Personally I hope scott does go, but only because I dont like him.

I think Pamela is most likely to go.

Gavin is easily the worst dancer left, so he should go. I hope Scott goes too, as he just doesn't seem to care any more and he hasn't had a good dance since his jive.

Remember it's a double elimination. So they could both go. I think it will be Pamela and Gavin though.

Scott will rebound. My money's on Gavin and Pammy.

Don't know, Gavin's vote clearly went up this week but how much by?

Also, it will depend on the leaderboard. Someone toppig the public vote could still end up in the bottom two (unlikely though, but possible). To be honest, any of them are at risk next week depending on how the leaderboard pans out.

I presume they'll do it as a bottom three with one couple surviving,

I hope Pamela doesn't go. She probably will, but she's been much more consistent than Scott.

I really hope Scott & Nat come out on Saturday with some WOW dancers *fingers crossed*. I'd much prefer to see 'dead pan, stiff as a board' Gavin and 'grin like a cheshire cat' Pamela go this weekend.

My dream final:
Kara
Scott
Matt

I wish it could be a four person final since Matt, Scott, Kara and Pamela all deserve to be there.

But since it's a double elimination I think unfortunately it'll be Pamela who joins Gavin as the fab four sacrificial lamb

I think that the judges would like Gavin to go - obviously and also Pamela. They seem very keen to keep Scott, in but they shouldn't be.

Scott has the most technically difficult ballroom dance in the AT- and a deceptively difficult latin in the Charleston.

Plus according to my insider this is how the votes went last week-

1. Matt
2. Kara (Picked up votes from Felcity and Patsy)
3. Gavin
4. Ann
5. Scott
6. Pamela

Dances for this week

Scott - AT and Charleston
Gavin - Viennese Waltz and Samba
Matt - Tango and Salsa (I think)
Kara - Waltz and Rumba (I think)
Pamela - Quickstep and Paso (I think)

So a guess at the leaderbaord

1. Kara and Artem 5 + 4 = 9
2. Matt and Aliona 4 + 5 = 9
3. Pamela and James 3 + 1 = 4
4. Scott and Natalie 2 + 2 = 4
5. Gavin and Katya 1 + 3 = 4

All of which means that Scott and Pamela leave as they have less public vogtes than Gavin

I hope you're right, Footygirl. I've nothing against Pamela or Scott and their partners, but I really want Gav (and Katya) in the final!

Having two top quality pairs plus an OK but eccentric pair who are as likely as not to finish at least one dance nearly naked offers much more scope for variety / entertainment than simply the three best pairs.

I like that footygirl, do hope you're right, a Kara/Matt/Gavin final would be my final of choice, with Kara winning out overall

Why? I don't get why we need a less able pair in the final at all when we've four very good with very different styles? Ailona would provide something way out there if that's what you're looking for.

I think Gavin should go next week as he's not as good as the other four and whoever doesn't deliver as well on the night - looking at form probably Scott which is a pity because he's done some very good dances. I'm not going to be as annoyed if Gavin makes as I would have done if Widdy did but I think considering there are four people whom deserve a final place on previous form for me it would be a pity. Gavin's been lucky IMO to have made it this far - I'd rather have seen Jimi given the chance.

Me too.
I love and hate this stage, I now only want one couple to leave - ever!

But we also know the public votes aren't exactly the same each week. Hence Gavin avoiding the bottom two when most people expected him to be there, and Scott slipping down when many thought he was doing well in the public vote.

I really don't think we can accurately predict what's going to happen. Which makes it all the more exciting!

My ideal final, by the way - Kara, Scott & Pamela.

Plus there are those who wait till this stage to vote at all.

I don't think Ann's voters will move to anyone else though?

Gavin's vote obviously went up when he was in the bottom 2 the week before and I think the same may happen with Scott this week.

Pamela has, I think, only be saved in the last 2 weeks from being at the top of the board.......cant see why the judges would change that this week frankly.

I hope Kara picks up the votes of the 2 that leave.

For me it's obvious that Gavin and Scott should hit the road after next weekend.

I have no hopes of rugby boy ever producing something that even remotely resembles a samba no matter how much Katya wants us to believe that he has improved.....guess what....not in the latin. The VW will just be stiff with swing and sway severely lacking. Hoping for anything else is just foolish imo.

As for Scott. As mentioned already on here he has not produced a decent dance since that Jive (which was pretty damn good). The man is burned up and lost his mojo from then on. Now he just runs after 'Nat' in the hopes of remembering steps he was taught in the previous days. I have no reason to assume his AT will be any different. As for his Charleston, that one will just be OTT and technically horrible. Just hope he doesn't collapse during the routine

Having said all this I think that Pamela & Scott will be exited not Gavin. His fanbase is growing apparently and somehow I think Pammy won't cope well with the three dances one of which will be the Paso. Her latin has been hit and miss so far and if she doesn't top the leaderboard......;

My dream final would be w/:
Kara (top of my bill)
Matt (annoying but crowd favourite)
Pam (Not the best, but certainly deserving of place in final, I hope).

Jimi had the chance, just like everyone else. It's not like Tess told everyone not to vote for him! He just didn't have the support from the viewers and therefore in Strictly terms, he didn't deserve to stay.

Gav might be lucky in some respects, but that luck arises from his body, which hasn't happened by accident or selective BBC editing.
