In answer to Jav's question...
Long story short, I work with mental health, so at times they act up and basically get on your tits etc. One guy was playing up, ripping his shirt off and yelling etc as he normally does and I just told him to settle down and was firm with him and laid down the law.
My senior heard this, came in, gave him ****ing sweets (which calms him down) and told me to get out and she took over. So instead of having a word with me afterwards in private, she goes and reports me too the manager

It's a long boring story, but everyone at work has heard about it and most if not all are on my side. The guy that was playing up needs to be given firm instruction and not to be treated or spoken to like a child like my senior does. She does the whole baby voices etc, really patronizing whereas me and other co-workers speak to him like an adult and don't take any shit from him.
I didn't do anything wrong, she just treats them all like children which I feel isn't respectful. They have mental health problems but I still talk to them as the adults they are. So yeah, the manager knows about this, so does everyone else. I'm not in trouble, it's just the fact she didn't speak to me face too face and try resolve the situation and went straight to the manager and told her I have attitude problems
I'm speaking to the manager tomorrow and getting this sorted!!!
