Yeah just a crappy day plus with foot in mouth syndrome equals a night of guilt. It was all trivial and a misunderstanding (and I've since apologised) but I still feel bad.

I've now managed to polish off a packed of double chocolate cookies....

Icy cold milk to go with that? Well if you've apologised, there's not much more you can do mate. We all suffer with foot in mouth disease. Try to not let it play at you Wiggy. Any good comedies or a nice film you could settle down to? Put on eurovision and laugh at the tripe on there if all else fails!

Phew after doing 9-9 revision with minial breaks for coffee and food I think I may just about be ready to scrape through for tomorrow
