I've been gifted a HTC Wildfire phone (I was pleasently surprised to recieve it).

Its locked to tesco mobile.

Tesco Mobile charge £20, BUT they take upto 28 days to get the code to me.

Can I get this unlocked from elsewhere, if so, from where?

Yeah you can. Go to a phone shop (Not like Orange, O2 ect) should be ok with carphone wherehouse for phones 4 u, but there are others out there. Just done the same with the same phone today.

What network do u want it on?

there's a chap on the giffgaff forum who got a Tesco wildfire and he's giffgaff sim works in it without unlocking... so try a giffgaff and 02 sim...

giffgaff is a lit cheaper than 3 and have some amazing goodybags...

I'd u get the £10 bag then until then end if Dec u get an extra 100 mins which is a total of 250 mins unlimited txts and unlimited data (all fup free) all for £10
