Anyone experienced the following,and knows the cause and solution.
The Sony RDR-HDX870,begins,and completes fast dubbing,yet it goes through the motions of finalisation,but this does not actually occur.
Repeated manual finalisation,of the disc,reoccurs with the same result,i.e it refuses to finalise.
Or fast dubbing completes with finalisation.
However,upon playing the disc,refuses to play,with "incompatible or no disk" error,or words to that effect.
If the dubbing is carried out,in real time,then the same error is less likely to occur,or doesn't occur,using the same disk.
Which had not finalised when fast dubbed.
I'm pretty sure that the disks are not the problem,as 150,from the same batch have had not this problem.
