DTI6300 upgrade from V2.0
I have an old DTI6300 which hasn't been used for some time. I've just reconnected it and have scanned for channels. It, however, has firmware V2.0. I've tried the "Force next OAD" option from the engineers' menu, but nothing happens when I press OK. I've also done a factory reset. It doesn't seem to be updating to 5.08. Is there any other way I can force a firmware OAD or am I stuck with 2.0?
Pete

My Dad's old 6300 wont scan for channels. I've done a full system reset and a disk reformat. I''ve even done a full reset with the disk unplugged(!!).
I've even plugged the aeriel cable into RFin 2 instead of RFin 1 but still can't get it to find any channels. It goes through the motions (2 or 3 mins) but gets nowhere. The signal is fine as the same aeriel cable will happily service my TV. Any suggestions? Rgds, Scorp |
