Has a task ever ended in a draw?
As far as I know that hasn't happened yet - although, in S5, both teams made a loss, and Phil's team only won because Ben made an even bigger loss as PM. But in my opinion, that was a draw in the sense that both teams were rubbish and made a loss. 
You could argue that this year's advertising task wasn't far off a tie. Don't think the executives they pitched to really had much of a favourite between them.
I wondered that, and what would happen if in a task like the beach product task both teams got 0 sales.
I have the feeling that the production team would not allow that to happen.
I'm sure they have 'nudge' buttons that can influence the result.
Let's be honest, we've been pretty close to that situation anyway. It's sometimes looked pretty stupid when the teams have been really, really, close and one team goes off for a treat and the other is torn apart by Sugar.

I think it would be pretty difficult to get an actual 'draw' result thanks to how the tasks are done, for instance its incredibly unlikely for two teams in a task where each team has to buy produce then sell produce to come up with exactly the same amount.
The closest in any money-based task though UK-wise I think was series 3 in the shopping task (69 pence difference?)

True, but I was silently hoping after hearing the result that Phil's team would be declared losers as well, since he ignored the advice about the rug and was pretty cocky. On the other hand, I guess you could argue that apart from the thing with Lorraine, he did manage his team better than Ben, who unwisely took on the task of selling 7 items himself and left James and Yasmina with only 3 (Phil spread the items evenly). Still a very bad performance from both PMs. though - even with the pressure.
Speaking of draws, the US version once ended up with two candidates who were so closely matched that Trump couldn't decide, and asked the eventual winner would he mind if Trump chose BOTH candidates?
