Dear, oh dear... someone's been a naughty boy (right, Christopher ?)

A former contestant in Lord Sugar's hit show The Apprentice has been charged with fraud, police said.

“ Mortgage broker Christopher Farrell will appear before magistrates in Plymouth later this month charged with four counts of fraud by false representation.

Farrell, 29, from The Wirral, Merseyside, was originally arrested in August, shortly before the current series of the BBC1 show aired.

A Devon and Cornwall Police spokesman said: "Christopher John Farrell, 29, and from The Wirral, Merseyside, has been charged with four counts of fraud by false representation and bailed to appear at Plymouth Magistrates' Court on December 22, 2010."”

To be honest I had to check the official site cos I couldn't remember which one Chris Farrell was
