Urgent: Warranty Replacement
LostTheGame

Hi
My blackberry has developed a fault and a warranty replacement is being sent to me tomorrow, but I have a few questions....

Will the courier collect my broken blackberry when delivering the replacement?

If they do, should I provide it in the original packaging with all the original contents (i still have all unused headphones ect)

My blackberry is password protected, but should I wipe the memory of my phone before I give it back or just log out of all my apps ect?

Thankyou!

I know that Vodafone (for corporate business) only swap the phone and you keep your SIM, battery, back cover and memory card, the courier turns up and exchanges the phone. Occasionally however, they send out a returns bag and you send the phone for them to repair if they've not got replacement stock available (again I've only got experience of Voda's corp accounts)

Other companies may not do this......

However make sure you've taken all contacts off the phone's memory and onto the SIM and remove any personal data/files/apps....personally I'd wipe everything off so it's not got any personal info on it.

The Blackberry desktop software should allow saving and transferring of data from old to new phone.
