You mean from the phone or from the itunes library? Itunes library _is_ on your computer, you can go to iTunes settings and somewhere there is an information where exactly on disk your music is. If you mean retrieving the music files from your iphone, that's something Apple does not want you to do and you need to get a special programme from somebody else (usually not for free) to do this. Depends on if you have mac or PC if such a programme is available at all. I am aware of programmes for PC, I tried one with my 2nd gen iPod touch, can't tell you the name, I forgot , use google.
