She was a very attractive lady, maybe a bit to much make up but anyway... im not here to talk about that aspect of her but i want to say that i think she was just a pretty face, she was ok at selling but i dont think she was that great in team work overall to be honest and with seeing her on last weeks apprentice being bitchy towards Stella i wouldnt like someone with that attitude working for me

She's extremely pretty.

No. I think its shallow to think she's just a pretty face.

She had a lot of substance and that was proven throughout many episodes.

Remember she had to appeal to women in the task involving babies. 99 thousand?

It doesn't take much to appeal to broody women. trust me

No, I think she was very good. One of the better candidates.

I personally think that most of them are better than the show may make them out to be.
The editing plays such a huge part in how we will perceive them.

I think Liz is a lot more than just a pretty face.

Its actually a bit unfair to make that sort of suggestion if you ask me.

I'm sick of people and their foolish, generic stereotypes on people. "Good looking people don't have personalities or intellect, ugly and fat people do because they try harder" .. Pleeeease! lol

She had a pretty face, also fake orange tan, weird wispy hair and possibly fake t*ts, though I can't swear to that one She is a wag though, so appearance wise she was definitely living up to that, though obviously not many wags have degrees so she has that in her favour.

As for the babygro, I've said this before and I'll say it again. Liz was lucky to have that pitch because the idea was obviously such a good one that most of them should have been able to secure that order.

Liz is not just a pretty face because she's clearly intelligent and works hard, but I'm glad she won't win because after the way she treated Stella last week I don't think she deserved to.

She's very capable, but I don't think Lord Sugar was looking for someone who's just capable.
I think task after task Liz would have simply taken the same role and done the same duties over and over and over again. She didn't apply herself to something more challenging or out of her comfort zone.

Her pretty face might have worked against her, it gives of the impression that she my be rather superficial and precious when it comes to business, and may even use her looks to get ahead.

She wasn't appealing to broody women, she was appealing to hard nosed buyers who knew the market for worried new mothers.

I was more astounded by how skinny she was. No wonder she never wore trousers, they (oddly) seemed to highlight it even more!

As soon as Baggs the Brand made that speech I knew she was a goner. I thought she was good but kinda over-rated.

Absolutely not. Really sad to see Liz go she was very humble and hardworking. Very pretty girl but that certainly wasnt the reason she won most tasks. She gets on well with people, knows how to handle tasks and was a great worker.

Stuart was meant to leave

Her skills revolve around pitching, and sales. The other aspects of management, organisation, purchasing and negotiating didn't get much input from Liz. She was more than just a pretty face, but less than what LS is looking for.

As others have pointed out, in the interviews she would have all the cute little off-the-peg answers. It would have been boring compared to the firework we can look forward to with Baggs 'The Brand'.

End of the day, she executed a sale of 99,000 quids worth of baby grow. An apprentice record

The girl had talent, make no bones about it

But please do a photoshoot for a lads mag....pretty please.

She had some success in sales and hard work but did not have a strong enough voice throughout and made a real show of herself during the haggling task last week, really showing she does not have the raw skills needed for the next apprentice.

An example of how she just did as she was told, was the fact that she didn't once pull Stuart up on trying to steal business from the other team and flyering outside of the ticket office. Although he was project manager she should have said something to him instead of just going along with it and letting him dig a hole for himself. She showed very few signs of genuine innovation, so I can see why she's gone.

Except there was nothing wrong with what Stuart did so why would she pull him up?

There was a lot wrong with what Stuart did. It's a known fact of business that you don't go and just steal business away from your competitors under their noses. If it wasn't the apprentice and instead we were just seeing Stuart and Joanna's rival businesses going head to head, Joanna would have grounds to take Stuart to court.

Liz is not just a pretty face. She was one of the best candidate/ In this task Stuart was his usual useless self, Stella made a bad mistake in this task, she came up with the appalling idea of thr `cockney thene` . Liz was the best of team Apollo this week. Stuart was PM & lead at all. He had no useful input, his pricing came out of thin air. He contributed nothing good. Lord Sugar hang your head in shame.
