As the Dragons are apt to say
"Turnover is vanity, profit is sanity"

You can make a nice profit on 3 million or none or a loss. That he keeps banging on about it rather than talk profit tells me its likely to be one of the latter two options
Anyway if his company really was such a gold mine why would he want to work for someone else?

Indeed a turnover of £3 million is rubbish if your costs are £4 million

...and he said he's a director which doesn't necessarily make it his company.

yes this was very interesting it wasn't my company it was I'm a director of a company that turns over three million.

Lord Sugar also talked about his parents money, it may be that his parents are loaded and he is a director of his fathers company.

Yeah, it could be something like that.

All it takes is one single-page form to Companies House and, voila, you're a director.

It has been revealed (by those who know him or are from his "manor") that Stuarts father is a millionaire. He apparently was not liked much at school because he looked down on those who parents weren't loaded.
