I think that Sugar sees himself in Stuart.
He isn't keeping Stuart in for entertainment purposes either because The Apprentice show has already finished.
It is not made up as it goes along to fit in with press reports and public opinion.

Well we have no idea what he was like at 21.
At the end of the day Stuart has at the moment made his own business. And judging from the web site quite a large one. Non of the others mostly workers has got this far at the moment. Jamie I understand his business has folded. I am not sure what Joanna's is doing at the moment.
He is still the youngest, does have drive and ambition, and works hard.
