Slightly confused according to my Sky+ there last night was 10/14 so there is still 4 episodes to go yet we are at the interview stages and last night he said ur fired 3 times so if thats 3 of them getting the chop that means the final on week 12 still leaving 2 episodes left.

Have i missed something?

There is a prog this evening profiling the final five candiates. Not sure if your Sky thingy has factored that in too? Or could it be just wrong?
