Profile programme

After watching this programme last night I got the impression that Joanna is the winner.
The compliments from the other contestants suggested that she was well chosen by Lord Sugar.
For a mum of two she is going to have to be very dedicated to put all her energy into earning a six figure salary day in day out.

Oddly I got the impression that Stuart might win it - even though the programme did a good job of showing how monumentally crap he's been so far!

I thought it showed Stella in the best light as poss winner, Nick seemed to love her.

so seems the editors have done a good job of keeping us guesssing

They put a great deal of thought and effort into making it look as if each of the candidates has a good chance of winning.

I missed this programme. Didn't see it trailed on The Apprentice the night before. Was it mentioned?

However, without seeing the profile, I have thought to myself that Joanna will probably be the winner.

I'm not surprised.

Stella's the only one that's come across as someone decent and sincere (well, maybe Jamie too).

Actually, Alex wasn't too bad either; nice guy.

Interesting that pretty much all of them are from "working class" roots with much mention made of council estates...Lord Sugar is a right reverse snob isn't he?

I was expecting to see very wealthy parents with plenty of silver spoons and private school ties lying around.

But I was pleasntly surprised.

I'm thinking Stella too, just because of the running order of each of the contestant's profiles. She was put first to fade more into obscurity by the end and come out for a win.

If Stella or Joanna don't win, I'll be very shocked.

Maybe I'm wrong but I felt Stu's profile was:

(a) longer than the others

and

(b) a justification of why he's the way he is

Maybe they're getting us ready for a shock on the final day

I don't think it was longer.

It just seemed that way.

The biggest question about this show for me was how the hell did Jamie end up with such a hot wife?

Well, he's not that bad!

I find it hard to tell whether he's just been unlucky or he's one of those people who can talk the talk but not walk the walk.

He doesn't come across as being particularly incompetent or unpleasant.

Just because he may not be the world's greatest businessman doesn't mean he can't 'pull'.

It showed me how rubbish Chris and Stuart both are. The best thing they could come up with for Chris was his 'innovative' 20% deal in the last task and for Stuart his rubbish win in the DVD task (apparently down to his non-existent pricing strategy). What a pair of poor candidates.
