Firstly, Matt's overall performance in the Swingathon was better than Kara's. Kara won, because Matt gassed towards the end, as Craig alluded to, and rightfully so, but they may have something to do with him having just danced moments before, which was a major flaw in the structure of the thing anyways. Pamela should've been out first.
Second, Kara did another excellent performance, but I do really feel that VW is gaining a reputation for being the easiest of the dances.
Scott was overmarked again, but the routine let him down because Natalie, AGAIN, decided to make Scott stand still and wrap herself around him like a dancing pole.
As for Matt, first the music was not suitable for a Salsa, and that is the 2nd week in a row he's danced to inappropriate music. The scores were fair, the comments harsher than they need be, but if you ask me, the judges could not have done a more potent thing in terms of his chances of being in the final.
And as for Aliona putting lifts into a Salsa- 3 of them; I have no words. It's ludicrous. I can't imagine what made her do that.
